She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine with her doctorate. Dr. Collins is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. Her professional interests include feline internal medicine, dermatology, end-of-life care, and preventative care.
In the future, she would like to become a diplomat with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in canine and feline. In her free time, Dr. Collins enjoys working out, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Brent, and their two Ragdoll cats, Tundra and Rip. When not at work, Dr. Collins will likely be seen around St. Petersburg with her trusty sidekick, Tundra, just strolling around or getting a kittyccino (better known as whipped cream in a tiny cup) at Starbucks!
